Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. We can apply your logo and colourway to the housing, splash screen, boot animation, packaging and manuals, and we can change the enclosure tooling, port layout, peripheral set and firmware image where volume justifies it. Send us your brand assets and a target spec and we will quote tooling and unit cost separately.

Our Android terminals ship on Android 11–14 with GMS available where the market requires it, and we provide an SDK plus root-level access for system integrators. Windows panel PCs and POS registers run Windows 10/11 IoT or Linux. We can pre-install your application image, lock the device into kiosk mode, and enable remote management and OTA updates.

For OEM/ODM projects we start from around 100 pcs per model for pilot runs, and 300–500 pcs for full tooling customisation. Standard models ship from smaller quantities. Samples are typically ready in 7–15 days and mass production takes 25–40 days depending on configuration.

We quote FOB Guangzhou, CIF or DDP depending on your preference, and we will send a paid sample for evaluation before you commit to volume. Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, and we accept T/T and L/C at sight. Volume pricing is tiered and we re-quote whenever component costs move materially.

We provide the CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH documentation that covers most export markets, plus commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and, where required, a declaration of conformity. Certification for country-specific schemes such as SNI, TISI or SASO is quoted case by case, because scope and cost depend on the destination market and the exact model.

Standard warranty is 12 months from shipment, extendable to 24 months on request. We keep spare-part continuity for the production life of the model plus five years, and we can ship a recommended spares kit with your first order so your service partner is not waiting on us for common wear items.

We ship by sea, air or express depending on volume and urgency, against Incoterms you choose. All orders travel in drop-tested export cartons, and we can arrange marine cargo insurance and door-to-door delivery to North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe and Oceania.

Yes — multi-language engineering support by email and WhatsApp, remote diagnostics, and firmware updates for the supported life of the product. For larger rollouts we run online training sessions for your installation and service teams and supply service manuals with board-level diagrams.
